
If you are expecting a shipment and you haven’t received notification of your shipment, please check in your Junk Mail Folder (also known as SPAM Folder by some email clients or webmail services.) We use the email address of the person who is on the Purchase orders as a default for sending notification. If you require any other persons to be notified of shipment information, please clearly add the name and email address of these people to the Purchase Order.
Signalink ships orders via ground unless otherwise specified. Extra charges will apply to express shipments. Some dealers have opted to provide the account number of their preferred carriers and have shipments billed to their own accounts as opposed to having shipping charges added to the invoice. Please make arrangements in advance with or if this is your preference, as well as clearly indicating preferences and account number on the Purchase Order.
