Returned Material Authorization

Signalink Technologies Inc`s Return Material Authorization (RMA) policy is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return goods to the our manufacturing facility to have the product repaired or replaced and in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation within the product’s warranty period. Every RMA must include site information, Event Logs, Issue Report and proof of purchase date.

To Obtain Warranty Service
If you require warranty service, please return the product to your Master Dealer or Distributor. Master Dealers or Distributors must contact Technical Support to obtain a Return Material Authorization when they are unable to resolve product problems.

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO THE SIGNALINK TECHNOLOGIES INC. FACTORY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION; THEY WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED
You are responsible for transporting your product for repair or replacement. Signalink Technologies Inc. will pay reasonable return charges for delivery to any location in North America if the repair or replacement is covered under the warranty.
