



Mike Cook, CEO
Mike brings extensive executive experience building successful businesses that operate across a broad range of industries including automation and control, consumer electronics, energy services, retail infrastructure and management services. He has built a track record of building shareholder value by strategically transforming business models through the diversification and expansion of revenue streams. Mike has built talent rich leadership organizations around multi-disciplined teams in sales and marketing, product development, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, project management and finance.
Prior to joining Signalink, Mike served as CEO of MTI, a provider of interactive merchandising solutions for retailers, as well as CEO of EPC Inc., a power electronics manufacturing company. Mike spent the first 15 years of his career serving in a variety of management and executive roles for Landis & Gyr (now a division of Siemens Corporation) a global leader in building automation and control, energy services and facilities management. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Portland.
John Francis, General Manager and VP Engineering
John Graduated from the University of Liverpool with an Honors degree in Electronic Engineering, and came to British Colmbia in 1973, where he spent more than 30 years in product development and manufacturing for Vancouver's premier high-tech companies at the time, including Glenayre Electronics, MacDonald Dettwiler, and Silent Witness. His most well-known product is the End-Of-Train Unit which eliminated the caboose on freight trains. In the nineties, John has extensive experience in high-tech management, hardware and software product development, and design-for-manufacturing, as well as profit and loss responsibility.
Allan Dagnall, VP. Sales & Marketing
Born in Liverpool England a 35 year veteran of branding, marketing and visual communication and founder of Fusion marketing and communications a company who’s focus is on the development and execution of organizational strategy to meet corporate objectives. Allan has focused on industrial products for the past few years and has his roots in the Sports marketing, and Fashion industries. Has experience in over 25 different industries and has developed growth strategies for company’s with 1 million to 1 billion in sales. He is one of a few CAAP (Certified Ad Agency Practitioners) graduate programs. He has been a director with Nadbank the National newspaper readership bureau, and advisor to the Mount College business marketing program.
Art Voss, Senior Engineer and Product Manager
Art has an electrical engineering degree and has been a design engineer for NASA and USAF. As the senior engineer at Lucent, with a staff of 23 engineers, he was responsible for systems design. Art is a production engineer, charged with the task of improving production for Precision Parts. Art was presented the Lucent "Engineering Award of Excellence" in 2000. Art joined Signalink in 2003 as the Production Manager and led the design team to the successful creation of the Fire-Link products.

Gary B. Roberts
Mr. Roberts has 30 years experience progressing through Operations to Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics to having his own company. He graduated with a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Vermont in 1976. From 1976 to 1994 he worked for the General Electric Company. He worked across four GE business groups; Major Appliances, Medical Systems, Aerospace, and Lighting. From 1994 to 1996 he was Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Operations and a board member for Duracraft, a fast growth consumer products company. The company was sold to Honeywell in 1996. From 1996 to 1998, he was Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics for Zimmer, a leading medical device company. In 1998 Roberts started a consumer products company. He has received 10 design patents from the United States, Canada, and Europe which are the basis for over 400 sku’s.
Dave Larkin
Mr Larkin is a veteran of 30 years with Honeywell, Inc; in Boston, New York, Minneapolis and Toronto. From 1986-1991 he was Vice President and Group Executive for the Commercial Buildings Group in Minneapolis; 1992-1995, he served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Honeywell Limited in Toronto.
Dave is currently a general business consultant, an active private investor, and serves on several private company Boards. He is a member of the the National Association of Corporate Directors.
